Comprehensive Student Grade Scenario Procedures

ADVISORS PROCEDURES

  1. Advisor Page
  1. Download the transcript in CIMS
  1. Follow the procedure on how to upload the modified transcript.
  1.  Follow the required excel format before uploading
  1. Drag and Drop to Upload the modified student transcript in transcript One-Time-Upload button.
  1. Transcript parse preview and data loading notification.
  1. Click the apply all changes button to refresh the page.
  1. Verify the uploaded transcript located in TOR Data Form region with Note Descriptions.
  1. Student computed transcript statistic is available in the bottom region of TOR Data Form.
  1. Modifying the uploaded transcript in TOR Data Interactive Grid by (add, delete, update) then save the changes.
  1. Setting the scenario parameter, required Audit type, mix level/audit type & mix specialization, current semester ID scenario then click the apply all changes button.
  1. Verify the degree audit checklist
  1. Create a projection from the current semester id by adding the subject & projected grade required.

Note: 2 remaining courses in diploma level.

  1. Scenario parameter setting required for mixing such level, audit type, & specialization.
  1. Complete the student projection scenario then save all changes.
  1. Verify the degree audit checklist for both diploma 1 and 2 (V5).
  1. Verify the computed projection of Semester GPA, CGPA, and OCGPA.
  1. Click cancel then print the student scenario.
  1. Printing the student scenario.
  1. Student progress is also available in student study plan.

LECTURER PROCEDURES

  1. Lecturer Page
  1. Projected grade for probation, exiting, moving students located in the lower region of partial marks report.

PROBATION COMMITEE PROCEDURES

  1. Probation Committee Page
  1. Scenario report in all department (probation, exiting, & moving)

TIMETABLE COMMITEE PROCEDURES

  1. Timetable Committee Page
  1. Course Projection Report based on the students TBR’s (To Be Registered) Next Semester.
