This course is designed for business people, managers, employees, students and basically anyone without a programming background but it is interested to learn about Oracle Apex concepts in developing a web applications and fundamental of database. By establishing a foundation of skills and knowledge in Oracle apex, you will be better equipped to understand developing a functional/working web application prototype and further enhance skills and knowledge to enable you to make better web applications platforms.

Using APEX, developers can quickly develop and deploy compelling apps that solve real problems and provide immediate value. You won’t need to be an expert in a vast array of technologies to deliver sophisticated solutions. Focus on solving the problem and let APEX take care of the rest.
