LOG-IN as an Advisor in ARMS Staff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login in ARMS-Staff:\u00a0 https:\/\/apex.oracle.com\/pls\/apex\/f?p=arms-sll<\/a> (also available in University website: http:\/\/www.sct.edu.om\/)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. From the Navigation Menu: Go to Advisor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"\/<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. From the Advisor page, click the advisee counselling button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \"\"\/<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. To create New Counselling, click the button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. From the counselling detail page, select one of your advisee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Fill-up the counselling form and click create<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Counseling is created shown in advisee counselling page. Click the pencil icon to proceed in counseling master detail page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. From the counseling master detail form region, click add row then select the purpose\/type from the select list<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Complete the detail discussions between the student and advisor, write the advisor recommendation, and by default the status is \u201cRefer to Advisor\u201d then click the save button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Note: Incase the student wanted to speak to HOD, advisor may refer to the select list status referrals otherwise \u201cCompleted\u201d then click save button and back to advising counseling page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Search the student ID of the recent created counsel report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. From the Advisee counseling page will show the detail report created and the status (assuming it was referring to HOD). Advisor can send the email to his advisor by clicking the action button of counselling report and select Download.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        1. Send the report to your advisor and complete all email credentials \/details\/attachments shown below then click send:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          1. An e-mail Notification will be receiving by the recipients.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                1. Supposed it was referring to ADAA, an email need to be created from the action button and to be send to the recipient.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
